Can I pickup a tool at your location?

Absolutely.  And we will assist you in loading your vehicle but please understand we assume NO responsibility for any damage to your vehicle.

What are your hours of operation?

A to Z Rentals at 631 Washington Avenue opens at 7:30 each morning (except Sunday) and closes each day at 5:00PM, Monday through Saturday.

Can A to Z deliver and if so what is the charge?

Yes, we have several trucks on the road Monday through Saturday.  The delivery charge is based on the size of the truck required and the distance traveled.  We will be happy to give you a written quote for your rental item and your round trip delivery.

Do you require a full day rental period?

No.  On the vast majority of our tools we offer an overnight rental rate as well as a 4 hour rental rate.

What form of payment do you accept?

Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash and business checks are fine.  We also offer house accounts for our customers that rent frequently, however there is a credit application process that must be completed.

How is the rental rate determined?

Rental charges are based upon the length of time the tool is out of our possession.  Equipment with hour meters have daily rental rates based on a maximum of 8 hours of usage.  Overtime will be prorated accordingly.  Weekly rates assume a maximum of 40 hours on the meter, while 28 day rentals assume no more than 160 hours on the meter.

Do you sell used equipment?

Yes.  There is a "used items for sale" icon that you can click on.  If you want a price on an item that is not on the list, just ask.
